Chatted with @lime124 @bkmunar about getting that fade-in and fade-out animation (that we used to have) back in. I think /was told that a simple 1-0 fade should be doable 😬

Thank you @bkmunar !

Not only will this help us feel more "iOS-y" but it's also a great way to show number of Trackers (issue #96) and to show Tracking has been switched off (issue #121)

What about combining the title with tracker's blocked: "%TITLE% (%N Trackers Blocked)" ?

@Sdaswani commented in #255 that it would be easy to show the tracker count from an Eng perspective.

The reason we elected not show this information from a UI perspective is that we would also need to reflect the tracker count when the URL bar is not collapsed to provide a consistent UX.

Issue #255 should probably encapsulate showing the tracker count in both collapsed and expanded URL bars. And perhaps be marked for Cobalt?

Sorry for the confusion! This might be my fault.

Yes, we had talked about this. But given that Burgundy and Cobalt were successive releases that were only two weeks apart, I thought it was OK for the two issues (showing tracker count in collapsed and showing tracker count in expanded view with controls) to ship one after another.

While shipping separately isn't ideal for UX, I think this is going to be OK. I think there's also a Product call to be made here so I'm leaving it up to @bbinto if she wants to move this out.

Must be merged by August 9 in order to get it into Burgundy/QA verified

As per conversation with @boek and @bkmunar - we're going to keep the URL centered in the collapsed URL bar for this release.

There isn't enough time to work out the animation and it was looking weird when it slid over to the left. This will get addressed when we add in the tracker count per issue #255
