build system about aleph HOT 5 CLOSED

just noting that commit d8c87f6
removes targets that are useful to us like 'make chiperase' and 'make program'
in Makefile.avr32.in

removed a lot of the cruft and the complexity that was originally spread out over four makefiles. everything is now consolidated and simplified into the aleph bees makefile, and i also added back some of the hardware jtag messages that i removed originally. marking fixed.

• dependencies are broken somehow so that make ignores the timestamp of files (apparently) and just builds everything every time. even applies to phony targets. makes for a painful worfkflow esp. on slow computer or VM.

[strikeout] linker flags are getting totally ignored somehow, found this out when i tried to add math library. this means _trampoline, etc are broken too [/strikeout]

sorry my error i think. had to add -lm but it only works at the end of the ld arguments list
