Nested exceptions about monetdbe-python HOT 3 CLOSED

This code triggers the exception. The double exception is actually intentionally, but the way Python reports it is confusing. The raised exception gets reraised as a OperationalError. Let me investigate if this is wrong behavior or not. Maybe we should improve the error handling better by parsing the error message inside the low-level layer and directly raise the correct Exception
