Add to AUR about logigsk HOT 7 CLOSED

If I can get the software running fully on my machine, I'll look into making a package for the AUR.

to get it running it needs ant package installed and after running ./INSTALL I needed to manually create $HOME/.local/share/LogiGSK/. Steps are simple but I have no idea how to translate that into a working PKGBUILD
it really is a shame the program was written in Java. It would be way easier to make a pkg for Python
