Have you tried using the 2nd method for importing the project?
Also, if you want to use this line:
compile 'com.github.mohamad-amin:PersianMaterialDateTimePicker:452c51fc79'
you should have disabled Offline Mode in your Android Studio (is Settings -> Gradle)

The problem is that the project doesn't yet build on gradle. Few little things are missing from the build.gradle file:

Now you just have to add this line to your app's dependencies:

compile 'com.mohamadamin:persianmaterialdatetimepicker:1.0'
