Hi,
Your GCC/Ninja/Pytyon versions seem to be fine.
Could you post the full output of femu-compile.sh to help diagnose the compilation issues. Better try different Ninja version and see if it could be resolved. The FEMU README provides a matrix of host servers which I tested to work fine, you can refer to those software package version as a starting point.

Hello, I also encountered this problem. My solution is to delete the meson command first, and then reinstall it. It is solved

I solved the issue by creating new Anaconda environment with Python 3.6, and installing Meson 1.8.2 according to the tested system table in the Readme in the FEMU repository.
