Changing the captions would not be allowed in the filtering track, but it would be allowed in the BYOD track so you can submit there.

Thanks for the clarification! The reason I ask this is because I saw the submissions by the author of https://arxiv.org/abs/2307.10350. The submission is supposed to be for reference purpose?
