There is some support. You could use a bookmarklet on the front page to convert an Internet Draft while viewing it on datatracker.ietf.org.
What kind of support did you have in mind? The search results could include them, that's for sure. The only problem is that I don't think there's a downloadable index of all of them.

Navigating between draft versions would be the most useful feature for me personally.

You mean, if the draft has 5 versions, you want to be able to navigate between all of them? Right now I always lock just on the latest one.

As I mentioned in #20 (now closed), it seems the bookmarklet does not work on Internet Drafts on http://datatracker.ietf.org/, even if they have the XML source available.
