This may possibly be improved by my suggested fix here:

(The fix is only suitable if you're doing lots of transfer and aren't worry about the device being disconnected midway through)

I also need this fix since i have a device where i have to read from and write to every 200 ms. I now sometime have the effect that the device stops moving in windows 10. Merging the fix in would really be appreciated!.
