PowerApps app creation completely does not work as written about ms-700-managing-microsoft-teams HOT 2 CLOSED

I tested this and ran into the same issue. Starting with step 9, the instructions no longer match the behavior of the site. It almost looks like the Getting started wizard is not completing, as after I hit next on the Choose your country page, i am taken to what looks like an alternative view of the start page. I can't find a trace of the "MyOofApp" you are told to create in the previous steps.

Note I did not complete all the lab steps up to that point. My testing started at the beginning of task 6. A screenshot of the page I got after hitting "Get Started" in step 8 is below. It opened in a new tab. The old tab stayed on the the pervious page where "Start from template" was (second screenshot).
