request URI form is incorrect and ambiguous about vsts-rest-api-specs HOT 1 CLOSED

And there are tomes like this, which exclude both the collection and the project:

GET https://{accountName}.visualstudio.com/_apis/projects/{projectId}/properties?api-version=5.0-preview.1

And they work with both 'DefaultCollection' and no collection or project. Both of these work:

Also, update the docs' collection: section to specify that it's exactly either one but not both. To me, it was unclear until I saw examples for 'DefaultCollection' vs '{project}'.

Note: area and team-project are optional, depending on the API request.

So need to refer to the docs for each request, can't rely on an obvious pattern in the URI.
