tmux does not work as usual about wsl HOT 7 CLOSED

Pulling this one back up. TMUX is now functional in build 14361.

@yunfan They don't claim to have provided one yet, this is still in very early alpha. Or don't you understand the nature of insider builds?

Yes, PTY is not yet fully implemented and we are aware of this limitation. We will be tracking\prioritizing which features to light up next by looking at the feedback provided at the wpdev portal.
