Does this happen with all extensions disabled?

Yes, the video which I given, has disabled all of the extensions.
I have set the Markdown Preview as the default option to open the markdown file.
Also, I have tried re-install Visual Studio Code, v1.89.1 in the Hyper-V virtual machine (Windows 10, Build 10.0.19045.4291), which have not installed any extensions, the Visual Studio Code also crushed after take these steps.
