@alexdima @aeschli Is there a way to start the server with debug flags and to forward the debug/inspector port?

We currently don't have support for that.
The servers are started by the remote extension, and we would have to add support for that with each extension.

What are the extensions that would need to support it? remote-ssh? remote-ssh and WSL? Are there more?
Are there "default server arguments" that get threaded through by most extensions that could be set globally?
