You should open Command Palette (press F1 or Ctrl+Shift+P, open it from View menu, or click on Command center in custom title, but be careful with) and type > Help: Troubleshoot Issue in Command Palette.
This will show modal that starts troubleshooting steps to narrow down issue source.
