Python Debugger Prepending Outputs W/ Hex and Hash about vscode HOT 4 OPEN

Issue is still occurring for dicts after update (everything else prints/passes/saves correctly). I should add that only the first output is prepended now as well, like this:

Also, adding a print statement at the start of the file before debugging seems to fix the issue, as the hexcode prints in front of that output instead of being concatenated with future dicts. I want to reiterate that the dict does not have to be printed; simply existing and being passed to a method causes the issue.
