Snippet completions with a single $1 should instead use a single $0 about vscode-json-languageservice HOT 2 OPEN

$0 is the terminal cursor location, while $1, $2... are tabstops. If $0 is ommited the terminal cursor location is at the end of the snippet. That's why we rarely have a $0 in the snippets that we generate.

We can only replace $1 if it at the end of the insert string. If $1 is in the middle of the snippets and it can't be replaced by $0.

Sounds good to me. You're right in that pressing tab puts my cursor on the end of the snippet when using $1 in the middle of the snippet.
