Repro updated to use latest Typescript and tsc --build. New instructions:
- pnpm install
- pnpm tsc --build (or
tsc --buildif you have tsc binary globally installed and don't want to execute it with pnpm?) - See error because schema is of type any
Also figured that when using project references like this, the IDE does not complain and correctly infer the types. But the build still fails:

We need a repro that doesn't depend on running tsc through pnpm
from typescript.
