Getting error "Dilation not supported for AutoPadType::SAME_UPPER or AutoPadType::SAME_LOWER" about onnxruntime HOT 1 CLOSED

Padding="same" with dilation is not yet supported by onnx_runtime. What I did was to use below code to explicitly get the padding value from the kernel size and dilation value and passed this in conv2d.
