did you try to use use official qualcomm library that support onnx inference?

No. I just tried to built 'DirectML Execution Provider' in onnxruntime.(https://github.com/microsoft/onnxruntime/blob/master/docs/execution_providers/DirectML-ExecutionProvider.md)
I thought that it will be worked if it can be built on ARM architecture. But the build configuration(onnxruntime + dml provider) can be supported only in x86 or x64 now.

I have a similar question. For example, I have scene understanding models written in PyTorch, but I am not sure how hard it is to apply that model on HoloLens for realtime inference.
