i'd recommend starting with 2 matrices, rather than any number.

@jovo isn't it equivalently easy to just write it for arbitrarily many matrices? just take the submatrix M_{i, j} to be the n vertex average adjacency matrix of A_i and A_j. We just said arbitrarily many because it's equally easy if not easier to write for m matrices rather than hardcode for 2 like youngser does. Agreed on testing on 2 to start with though.
