Iconify is already doing that. 👌🏻
I'll post an issue there to see if it's feasible to add these.

Those pages highlight performance issues with current icon design. Icons use a lot of gradients and filters. Filters cause massive rendering lag.

Then icon size is huge. Average icon is 30kb after optimisations. For comparison, in Noto emoji average icon size is 2kb.
