For reference, there's whitespace that's inappropriate between - ב and the time/date stamps.

Here's a random web page:

Note the lack of a space between - ב and 15.45 / 4.2.2019.

Also, note that the formatting used there doesn't use a ,.

Tangentially related: I need to think about my expected results for en-US. Offhand, what I see (Mar 7, 2019 11:14 AM) feels wrong. The Washington Post writes March 11 at 10:59 AM which feels natural.
