Allow to override endpoint from config.json about applicationinsights-aspnetcore HOT 4 CLOSED

Do we want to hard-code this setting or implement an IConfiguration-based version of TelemetryConfigurationFactory, similar to the XML-based one in the Core?

I think hardcode will be ok. It is not a bad idea to make it one level deeper like this:

  InstrumentationKey: "",
  TelemetryChannel: 
  {
    EndpointAddress: ""
  }
}

to allow construct objects using reflection in future as we are doing for regular .NET.
