I did receive your form! And you should have received an invitation some time ago. I just tried adding you again and GitHub returned:

SerhiiKorniichuk1 was invited to microsoft/BusinessCentralApps on May 7, by this system. The user must accept the invitation to get access.

Please check if cannot find the invitation. Once accepted, you should have access.

Well, I do have your form entry, and did add your GitHub user name to the repo. When I try to do so again, the system tells me that you've already been invited and that you must accept the invitation. Are you sure you cannot do that somewhere?
