[Bug] Move logs to storage account from Azure Batch about accessibility-insights-service HOT 2 CLOSED

as per initial investigation there are 2 ways to perform this.
a) mount storage account on the nodes as a virtual file system using blobfuse and copy the stdout/stderr files to virtual file system mounted before. However the blobfuse configuration files needs credentials in the cleat text format, which is probably the way we want to go with.

b) Another option is to specify destination of the log files at the time to creating the tasks. However this approach needs a SAS url of the container where the log files are going to get uploaded after tasks are done. In this approach we can have SAS url stored in the keyvault but rotation of the SAS url would be our responsibility.
