@es128 I just pushed up 2.3.6. It's just a patch - the vast majority of changes are whitespace or similar things from switching to eslint. fortunately that only needs to be done once.

also included in the patch:

• bumps lazy-cache to 1.0. There were no API changes in lazy-cache, we just bumped to per #52
• documentation updates

Once you review, assuming you have no objections, let me know and I'll publish (or you can if you want).
