java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: couldn't find "libvtm-jni.so" about gmscore HOT 6 CLOSED

It seems to work after I copied https://github.com/hjanetzek/vtm-ext-libs/blob/master/vtm-android/armeabi-v7a/libvtm-jni.so to /system/lib

This happens once you install the gmscore apk to /system/app. Libs in apks in /system/app need to be extracted to /system/lib. If you install the apk as a normal application, this problem should not occur.

Now I installed µg as a normal app. But now the Location provider settings are gone. I guess for the same reason as stated here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=61510899&postcount=1060

I'm using Cyanogen Mod instead of Omnirom. So I guess my options are a) no settings b) install in /system/app and manually install libs?

(I'm aware that I can start the UnifiedNlp settings e.g. via adb shell)

How about making the Location Settings also available from the Settings App?

Running am start com.google.android.gms/org.microg.nlp.ui.SettingsActivity is a work-around until its fixed. It will be part of the Settings App in the next build.
