What exactly is the output of your script? How do you intend to use it? I don't understand why you return convert_to_data(gen_train)? This will iterate endlessly over your data.

I'm sorry that I may have misunderstood something. My inpute data shape is (c ,x ,y ,z) and ground truth shape is (x, y, z) . The output of my script should be the augmented data with shape (c ,x ,y ,z) and ground truth with shape (x, y, z) to fit my program. But the shape of augmented data is (b, c ,x ,y ,z) , I want to reshape the output shape by convert_to_data.

Try changing the line change return data, seg to yield data, seg

Your problem is not related to batchgenerators. It lies in your convert_to_data function (which I recommend you don't use)
