If you have Stylish or a similar custom CSS injector, add:

}
(or maybe * instead of .blob-code, to make sure it's really applied everywhere)

Haha yeah I know about the GitHub tabs, what the hell is up with that? Why do they have tab = 8 spaces?
If you go into Edit Mode, you can change the indent size, but it doesn't save it on your profile.
I don't know about "coding standard" as it's really about 50/50... I think it's neater when one character is one character and not made up of 4 spaces, and it gives everyone the option to set their own tab width.
