Finally I have to create my own mesos-slave image with docker installed, and now everything works and I can execute docker images through marathon
Dockerfile:
# Initial Image
FROM mesosphere/mesos-slave:0.28.0-2.0.16.ubuntu1404
# Dependencies
RUN apt-get update --fix-missing
RUN apt-get install docker.io -y

@alexisfloresortega this was closed in #17. You seem to be using an older docker image. You should try using one of the newer mesos images.
Closing this issue. Please re-open in case you still this issue with the latest mesos images.
