Hi @tetokiko. To grant the points, merit will call those methods over a @relationship instance variable, defined in RelationshipsController#create action. When you create the relationship, set a variable with that name (as in the new action), even if you not use it anywhere else, and it should work.

(Minor note: if you are not using grant_to and delete_from over badges, you may safely upgrade to merit 1.2.1).

I have set the @relationship variable inside RelationshipsController#create action, but I do not know what I have to do with it... what i have to assign it to? And what is the content of the :follower and followed methods?

Could you please make a fast example of this(@relationship variable, followed method and where to place all them)?
If you could it would help me a lot because I am very confused

If current_user.follow!(@user) returns a relationship just assign it to @relationship.

Everything else is taken care by Rails (methods follower and followed) and by merit (call those methods over just created relationship). If can't make it work, next days are pretty busy for me. I guess that a hack such as @relationship = Relationship.last after the follow! call would make it work.
