Allow Column Chooser button to be aligned horizontally about blazorise HOT 2 CLOSED

There's a PagerOptions API that let's you control the position of the pager elements.

The ColumnChooserPosition option is missing in the docs, but it should be available. We'll add it to the docs and also an example of the positioning.
Here's a live example, where it's allocated at the far right:
