I did a small test.
seq extseq
65532 65532
65533 65533
65534 65534
1 65537
65535 131071
2 131074
3 131075
4 131076
it seems 65535's extSeq is large than 1's extSeq

I have committed a fix and added some tests to verify the correct behaviour:
https://github.com/medooze/media-server/blob/master/test/rtp.cpp#L819
Should be fixed now. I will have to refactor the mess of Update() Process() and SetSeqNum() someday..
