syntax highlight between {{ }} about laravel-blade HOT 34 CLOSED

As a temporary solution I just reverted to this commit 5dc0dfd and cherry picked 922e7da 131d511 and 9d5b7b0 which introduced support for triple curly braces and the new L4 functions, it seems to be working fine

Yeah there is an issue with one of the commits. My laptop went out so I can not debug them atm, as others have said you can roll back and use that temporarily.

and I think it should be highlight even in html attribute quote e.g. <img src="{{ }}">

I just tried this:

{{ Html::style('css/resellers.page.css') }}

And it worked for me. Try this on a single line and make sure the syntax is set to PHP - Laravel Blade.

Can you try removing the laravel-blade package and installing it. Create a new file and try that single line and see what happens.

4. set it to PHP - Laravel Blade

Thanks for testing, I will look into this further with a setup like yours (on windows). For now you can use the older version that works:

Do a manual install. You should be able to install the laravel-blade package and have the Blade.tmLanguage file installed at the same time as they are different packages. Be sure to select the syntax as Blade if you have them both installed.

I have no idea either, something after the re-write I did is causing it to not work on your specific setup/sublime text version. I have not been able to reproduce it on my local machine which is making it near impossible for me to track down the cause.

I only added instructions for manual install for ST3. The file works for ST2 and ST3.

I have exhaustively tested this on my three setups and it works for me. I have asked around and others report that it works for them as well.

If it's not working for you then I need as much information about your setup and the file/code your are trying and any other information you can give me to try and debug it. It could be conflicts with other plugins or something odd like that, without you guys feeding me a lot of details I no longer can try and fix this.

Can you provide me with everything you have done past installing ST? Any plugins, color scheme's, any settings changed? What version of the blade highlighter works and which does not? Does your PHP or HTML highlighter work just fine? There is also a test blade file in the repo, can you provide a screenshot of what it looks like in your editor?

I tried to remove installed packeges one by one in my ST3... laravel-blade works after removing "HTML5 bundle for ST2" package. By the way.... ST3 should have own repository with only ST3 tested and compatibile packages.

@qcol I will look into what causes the conflict with the HTML5 package. As for the ST2/3 versioning this package is only a simple syntax definition and works out of the box on either version so there is no need to make a specific version as this point. Is the readme confusing you to make you think this is only a ST2 or a ST3 package?

i can see it's been over a year but i have the same problem, i rounad out that, there is a conflict between packages between laravel blade highlighter and HTML5, so when you disable HTML5 package you can use blade highlighter properly.
