That error means that the project/file is trying to use the older version after the file was renamed. point the syntax option to PHP Blade and it should fix it.

I am happy to help. Also you may need to remove the old project folder named Blade, the new folder is named laravel-blade.

Well are you sure? I've just closed all windows but one. This window has two files in it. One has syntax set to PHP and the other PHP - Blade.
I tried removing the package and reinstalling.

When you remove the package are there any blade related folders left over? The error is definitely saying you are trying to use the older version folder structure. If you have any references to it at all they need to be updated to the new structure.
