You are right, there is no reason to load one store after the other. We only need to make sure that the following two facts are given:
- Don't load any app before their own store is loaded.
- Don't start singleSpa before all necessary apps are loaded.
I have merged a PR that changes the init process to load all apps simultaneously. Have a look: https://github.com/me-12/single-spa-portal-example/pull/53/files

Another question or optimization if you are familiar with. There are a bunch of overlapped node modules sit in portal ui and sub-apps. Is there a way to extract those common modules and load only one copy of them?
