The hover event seems to interfere with the default behaviour on touch devices about bootstrap-hover-dropdown HOT 3 CLOSED

What specifically was interfering? My phone's dead right now to look at it, but it shouldn't really interfere with whatever Bootstrap does by default.

Hi Cameron,

Sorry for late reply. I haven't yet figured it out and I think I may have
jumped the gun posting the issue on github. I can see that your demo site
works fine on mobile so I think it my be my markup somewhere or some other
Javascript interfering. It was just odd that the issue I have is resolved
when I simply do not include the bootstrap-hover-drowpdowm library on a
touch device, but if I include it the issue is created.

What was happening on mobile/iPad was when I touch the drop down the first
time it did not "drop down" and then on the subsequent touch of the same
drop down menu it then "dropped down". Like something was interfering on
the first touch event. Hence when I added a condition to not load the
hover-dropdown library on a touch device the problem went away and the
drop-downs worked first go on touch event.

I haven't much time now but I will see if I can debug on my dev machine to
the point of failure and send you the results of where it fails at on my
end.
