No resend of section or class when call is wrong. about fielddaymorsetrainer HOT 2 CLOSED

This one is a bit tricky only if there is more than one caller.
If he sends 'WX1PK' in response to your CQ.
You copy a partial call of 'WX1Z' and press F2 to send exchange.
He responds with 'DE WX1PK 1B SJV'.
You think you have the call right, enter 'WX1Z 1B' but didn't catch the section.
You sent a 'SEC?' to have him repeat that.
His state machine isn't in 'CALLRESOLVED' so he doesn't send a reply.

If we change the state machine to reply if the callsign is not resolved, then, you can get multiple (if you have multiple) OPs sending you Sections.

But I guess you might get that IRL anyways. I'll just lower the error level so you need to be real close to the call for a response.
