Test GPU info query on Travis and Appveyor about system-query HOT 2 CLOSED

we made a self-hosted jenkins-based solution for the other project,

but running ci on asure did not come completely free... can try to set up some ci in the lab though
but also I must day it's (our jenkins thing) was a bit less hustle-free and still not as smooth as what we have with, say, travis

As that seems impossible to do on public free CI for the foreseeable future, so I'm testing GPU query on a self-lab-hosted Jenkins on few nodes with different GPU models. I did simplest setup possible and it was quite straightforward. I didn't do much integration there -- only sending code coverage reports to codecov.
