Generally, we recommend using Composer. However, we would be happy to accept a PR to improve the included autoloader.

I believe this is the file which composer downloads and apply to the
project.
The reason i brought this up is, db-reader has the only autoload
registration in my project, so it tries to load classes from other
directories/packages and fail.

Composer should not be using this file. If it is, it is a bug. How are you loading the dependency?

I loaded the autoload script of this project. When I change the script to the parent project geoip2 autoload, which generated by composer, the warnings go away.
