Sorry for the delay, @maxisam.
@javigualde and I have been debugging this issue, so we have not yet been able to perform a complete test.
Anyway, it seems that tag dev.106 correctly enables Google Cloud support:

Somehow it shows GCloud is not installed but it is installed. And it stops http server from starting up.
