Application is abandoned, basically, this is the source code so if someone wanted to continue development they could. I couldn't see the binaries hosted anywhere so you would need someone to compile it for you.

Hi, thanks to Maurice for this handy tool.
You could see my fork https://github.com/leafOfTree/WindowTabs which I compiled successfully with little change.
It's better to compile it by yourself. But if not, you could try the compiled binary https://github.com/leafOfTree/WindowTabs/releases.
