Sorry. A small mistake.
bufname('.') does not make sense.

Moreover, I noticed a fatal error.
Currently, the wide mode gets the size of the buffer by winwidth and winheight functions before creating the __Calendar buffer.
This results in weird size in some cases.
For example,

:edit plugin/calendar.vim
:vsplit
:CalendarT

open in a half-width size, while the width of the buffer is the same as the whole screen.
One solution is: the command :CalendarT always opens a new tab, and use the size of the whole screen instead of using the size of the window.
Second solutions is: create the calendar buffer before building display string.

Thank you. I modified the part as that use &columns and (&lines - &cmdheight) to calculate buffer size.

Hmm... winwidth(0) was not bad.

:CalendarT
:vnew
:wincmd p
<Left><Right>

In this case, it is preferable to fit to the buffer size.
