I have had the same problem. I noticed that it happens when i use these animations:
• bounceInRight;
• bounceOutRight;
• slideInRight;
• slideOutRight.

On my chrome, the http://mynameismatthieu.com/WOW/ is happening the same problem.
If i am saying something idiot, i'm sorry. I'm just starting to coding.

Up. I'm having the same issue right now on my website. Also on yours linked by @edkf.

The strange issue is that disappears after you resize the window (or just pop up the Developer Tools with F12).
