Failed to download img4 and img4tool from GitHub about ramiel HOT 8 OPEN

I am using a Late 2009 iMac, so it doesn't officially support macOS Mojave. I figured it out though, I just followed the steps listed here: https://ramiel.app/downloadhelp/

Not working. It is saying sudo command not
found. Both commands not working.

same error downloading here, and the above solution does not work (my folders already exist). It probably has something to do with the original GitHub links. I succeeded in getting img4tool to be recognized by manually putting it in the usr/bin.... folders after downloading it myself but stuck on the img4.py file.

I got it to work by following @MatthewPierson's instructions in terminal do

sudo mkdir /usr/local/bin
sudo chown -R $USER /usr/local/bin

And relaunch the program
