Other residual 0.2 todos:
* Add "Update!" notification to PrimaryWindow and T7EBackground tray icon
* Kill T7EPreferences and T7EBackground when starting the NSIS install
* Add changelog to NSIS install, IF Extender was previously found
* Overwrite changed appdata files, IF their MD5s don't match from the prev
version (?)
** If don't check MD5s, then just overwrite
* Test if donate nag works (InstallDate, InstallUpdate...)

Good information for v0.3 release. Other than that, v0.2 release is done.
