Can not download and get app detail about gplaycli HOT 4 CLOSED

Probably because the phones you got are not compatible with the apps
you're trying to get.

I have been try many apps,and some apps I have been installed on my phone.Nothing changed

from gplaycli.

You can try to generate another AndroidID that is not one of yours.
Check the README file, you can have some infos to generate them.

The problem has been resolved.
I try to use Android Checkin to generate a new device id but I found it can't be running.(java main not found)
So I use https://github.com/Akdeniz/google-play-crawler to generate one,My google account and my new google account also work!
