Interesting, you can find the fastgcn repo but cannot find my email (just in the paper)...

Note that CGNF is not a published paper, it may have some flaws in optimization (as pointed out in its openreview reviews). We finally changed it into a better version and used an energy model instead https://arxiv.org/abs/1910.02107
