i tried your fix #define ZCONVOLVE_USING_INLINE_ASM on a Raspberry Pi 400 with the Raspbian 64 bit beta OS and GCC for aarch64-linux-gnu 8.3.0.
to make it build i had to disable the lines defining the compile option -mfpu=neon in CMakeLists.txt.
then it worked. see unevens@3ecf29f
